Shoreland Memorial has burial spaces located in beautiful, scenic areas within the cemetery. They are available by single spaces, which accommodate individual burials, or you can purchase as many together as needed for your families.
TYPES OF BURIALS:
Casket ground burial is the most common option for most of our families. We require a concrete burial vault in which the casket is placed and sealed before the grave is covered. Burial vaults are purchased through the funeral home.
A columbarium is a structure which houses niches used to hold cremated remains. Each niche can hold up to two urns (2 people). The niche can be engraved with the names, dates and an emblem or design if desired. The cost of the columbarium can be less expensive than ground burial when you include the cost of the monument (or memorial) and cemetery fees for installation.
Cremated remains may also be buried in the ground. We allow up to three cremated remains in one full burial plot or one casket and up to two cremated remains per plot.
